Pricing Yes. Pricing, Costs, Expense, Budget. I have found that most potential customers reviewing painting contractors like to have an idea of what their upcoming paint project will cost. I always recommend that we schedule an appointment regardless of what my guidelines provide. As part of my goal to service our customers I hope this helps to give you an idea as to what you can expect for an estimate.
It goes without saying that every home is unique and has different requirements. The age of the home, preparation involved, square footage to be painted and areas to be painted are all factored in along with a few other areas in creating an accurate estimate. Pricing can vary greatly from home to home depending on these factors. I prefer to estimate most jobs up front and stand by the price agreed. If a project is too small, or a customer prefers to pay hourly, we have an hourly rate for hire as well.
These prices are not final or related to any particular project being estimate or to be estimated. This is simply a guideline to use based off of common paint projects we encounter weekly. Please contact us to arrange for an estimate for your painting needs.
